Our store has NO refund or return policy. All purchases through are website are final sale. We do our very best to provide quality products that you will love to wear. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at support@shopgemnjewels.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution.
We will only accept the returned product and provide a refund or exchange if there is a manufacturing defect in your purchased product. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us at support@shopgemnjewels.com within 24 hours of delivery.
All exchanges or returns must receive approval or they will be refused.
International Customers
At this time, we are unable to exchange international orders, all orders purchased by customers who live overseas are considered final sale. We’re so sorry we can’t accept exchange from our international customers. We’re a fledgling start-up, but as we grow, we’ll do our best to make this happen. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us at support@shopgemnjewels.com within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to find a solution.Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, including internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, are unique and individual to each item.
