Order issues
Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
We know receiving your items ASAP is super important, so processing begins as soon as your order is placed. For this reason, unfortunately, we are not always able to accommodate any changes. If any corrections, changes, or cancellations need to be made, please contact our team ASAP at support@shopgemnjewels.com with your order number and details of the changes/cancellation. We will try our best to get it sorted for you, however, this is not guaranteed.
My item has arrived damaged or faulty
We're so sorry to hear your item has arrived damaged or faulty. Please email us at support@shopgemnjewels.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and an image of the damaged item. Our customer service team will get this resolved as quickly as possible for you!
I have received the wrong item
Oh no, we're so sorry to hear about this! Please send over an image of the item(s) you have received, along with the packaging to support@shopgemnjewels.com within 24 hours of delivery. Our customer service team will get this sorted for you ASAP!
An item is missing from my order
We're so sorry to hear about this! Each order is checked thoroughly before being dispatched, we apologize an error has occurred. Please contact us immediately at support@shopgemnjewels.com with an image of the item(s) you have received within 24 hours of delivery so our team may investigate and present a solution as soon as possible.
My item broke
We are extremely sorry to hear this has happened to your item. This shouldn't happen as long as your jewelry is cared for. If your item has become damaged within 10 days of delivery, please contact us ASAP at support@shopgemnjewels.com with your order number and an image of the damage. Our friendly customer service team will get back to you with a solution.
I forgot to input a discount code. Can I add it in after?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any updates or discount code updates after the order is placed. We are unable to process your discount refund after the order has been placed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Delivery info
Can I change my delivery address once my order has been placed?
We are not always able to accommodate changes once an order has been placed as processing begins immediately. Please contact us ASAP at support@shopgemnjewels.com so we may try our best to get this sorted for you!
My order already shipped but I need to change my mailing address
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched we are no longer able to make any adjustments to the order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect mailing address, a reshipment fee will apply and/or shipping costs will not be refunded. Please double check all addresses before placing an order.
Can I change the billing address for my order?
We aren't able to edit billing addresses once an order has been placed, but no worries! As long as your order was successfully placed and the shipping address is correct, your order can still be delivered.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email and message with tracking details.
My tracking hasn't updated?
We're so sorry to hear your tracking has not updated. Please allow about 24-48 hours for tracking to update once your package has shipped. If tracking is still unavailable after that time frame, please contact us at support@shopgemnjewels.com for further assistance.
Tracking states my package has been delivered but I have not received it yet
Occasionally, some packages are prematurely scanned as delivered. Your order will most likely be delivered within the next couple of business days. In the meantime, get in touch with neighbors or family members just in case! If your order is still not delivered after 2 business days, please contact us at support@shopgemnjewels.com.
6 Month Warranty
What is GnJ’s Warranty policy?
At GEM N JEWELS, we
stand behind the quality of our products and strive to provide our customers
with a hassle-free shopping experience. As part of our commitment to customer
satisfaction, we offer a 6 month warranty policy on all eligible items
purchased directly from our website. This policy outlines the options available
to customers in the event of manufacturing defects or plating issues within the
warranty period.
How does the warranty work?
If any of the products that you have bought from our website have any defects or plating
issues, you can claim the warranty. The warranty starts from the date the
tracking is marked as delivered. If a claim needs to be filed, it must be done
within 6 months of this date. If the claim is approved we will get your jewellery
repaired in our in-house manufacturing unit or we will replace it with a new
piece.
To be eligible to claim warranty, you must:
- Have purchased a product(s) from our website.
- Have a registered account on the Platform.
- Initiate the warranty request within 180 days from the date of delivery of the Eligible Product(s) as confirmed by the logistics partner.
- Return the Eligible Product(s) with its original packaging.
- Follow all care instructions during the usage period.
Please Note:
- Warranty does not cover issues related to lost items.
- Warranty is applicable once per item purchased. Our warranty does not cover free items.
- Warranty policy only applies to items purchased directly from our website.
- All Warranty claims are subject to approval by our customer
service team. - We do not offer refunds for damaged items.
How to Claim Your Warranty ?
Send us an email subjected as Warranty Claim and include the following:
- Your order number
- A picture or video of the affected item(s)
- A description of the issue encountered
Upon confirmation we will initiate pickup and the items will undergo quality check and the status will be informed to you via email.
Life Time Plating Service
What is GnJ's Lifetime Plating Service?
We have launched Lifetime Plating Service to keep you covered. Through this service, you can get your GnJ jewellery replated in those rare cases where you face plating or tarnishing issue. How can I avail lifetime plating service?
You can avail lifetime plating service by filling the Re-plating request form. You can find the form by clicking the following link https://shopgemnjewels.com/pages/re-plating-service-request. Once the form is filled our team will contact you regarding the same.
Is Lifetime PlatingService chargeable?
Yes, this service is chargeable. However, we will be charging you only for the shipping costs, the plating service in itself is free. We will be charging ₹200 per product for picking up the order from your address and delivering it back to you as well.
Are there any terms and conditions associated with Lifetime Plating Service?
- This service is only limited to undamaged GnJ Jewellery.
- If the product does not qualify for re-plating, unfortunately, we will have to send it back to you.
- We will not be able to entertain any requests for a change in the colour of plating.
- Re-Plating service will cost you ₹200 per product.
- The complete process takes around 5-6 weeks from raising the claim to delivery of the product.
- The product sent to us should match the photo sent by you along with the re-plating request form.
- COD is not available for re-plating service.

To which countries does GnJ deliver ?
We deliver to following countries Australia, Cambodia, Caribbean, Netherlands, France, Germany, Hungary, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam. If your country is not in the list please mail us to contact@shopgemnjewels.com and we will see what best can be done
What are the shipping charges on International orders?
There is a fixed delivery fee of Rs. 600 for all countries outside India.
What is the shipping and order handling time?
If the ordered products are readily available, we aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days* . Orders are usually dispatched within 3-6 business days*. Some orders, such as personalised items are processed and dispatched within 8-10 business days*. Once the order is shipped international orders take 25-30 days for delivery. What payment options are available for Overseas Customers?
Currently we accept Paypal for all our international Orders.

Do you have any discount codes available?

Can I get a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any discount codes or sales for orders that were placed outside of the promotional period. We also do not offer price adjustments for any other reasons.
How do I add a Promo code?
Once you have added items to your cart, Promo codes are entered at the checkout page. You will see a heading "Enter a promo Code" to enter your discount code. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update to the Promo code that was entered. Please apply all Promo codes before placing your order. We are unable to update your order or provide a discount refund after the order is placed.
Why won't my promo code work?
Your promo code may not be working due to one of the following reasons:
- The product you wish to purchase is excluded from the current promotion.
- Your promo code has expired.

Do you Accept Return or Exchange?
We have NO refund or exchange Policy. All sales through our website our final Sale. Visit our Return and Exchange Policy for more detailed information.
How much time does it take to dispatch my order?
If the ordered products are readily available, we aim to dispatch within 1-2 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within 3-6 business days*. Some orders, such as personalised items are processed and dispatched within 10-15 business days*. Visit our Shipping Policy to get more detailed information.
What is your Refund Policy?
In some unavoidable circumstances we do provide refund to our customers. Once the refund is approved by our team, a refund is processed to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account (in case of COD orders). After the return is processed it takes 5-7 days to reflect the same in your account. In case of any query please email us at support@gemnjewelsco@gmail.com.

What material is your jewellery made with?
Each product description will provide details about the metal used to create the piece. We use variety of metals, all of which are high quality and very sturdy!
How do I care for my jewelry?
Please avoid contact with moisture for all jewelry. Apply lotions, sprays and perfumes before putting on jewelry. Take off jewelry before exercise and bed. Keeping your jewelry as dry as possible will help prolong the nature of its color and shine. Store your jewelry when dry only. To clean jewelry, gently use a soft cloth to wipe off any residue.
